The Constitution of the State of Florida is the document that establishes the basic law of Florida, an state of The United States. The current Constitution of Florida was ratified on November 5, 1968.[1]
Florida has had six different sets of rules (or constitutions) since it became part of the United States. But before that, when Florida was still part of Spain, they had a special Spanish set of rules (or constitution) in 1812 called "La Constitución de Cádiz."[1]
